You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Live plants and cuttings (perishable goods)
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery

Unopened and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us before returning any item.
