Ordering & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days, express shipping: 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM will be shipped the same day (except for cuttings).

From when is shipping free?
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €150.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order at our store in Fritzlar. Simply select "Pick up" at checkout.

Which fertilizer is right for my plants?
That depends on the type of plant and its growth stage. Contact us for personalized advice!

What size grow tent do I need?
For beginners, we recommend 80x80cm or 100x100cm. For larger projects, we are happy to advise you individually.

Do you also offer consulting services?
Yes! Our experienced team will be happy to advise you by phone, email or directly in the store.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, credit card, instant bank transfer, prepayment and cash payment upon collection.

Is my data secure?
Yes, all data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored in compliance with GDPR.

Returns & Complaints

Can I return items?
Yes, unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Exception: Live plants and cuttings.

What do I do if the goods are defective?
Contact us immediately with photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
