Depending on the product type, we offer different shipping options to ensure safe and fast delivery.

Standard shipping (substrates, accessories, grinders, filters, etc.)

• Standard shipping (DHL): €5.90 (delivery time 3-5 working days)
• Express shipping: €50 (delivery time 1-2 working days)
• Free shipping: From €150 order value within Germany
  

Shipping of dangerous goods (CLP-labeled fertilizers & substrates)

Many fertilizers and certain substrates are subject to the CLP Regulation (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) and must be labelled as hazardous substances. These products must be shipped in accordance with legal regulations.

• Shipping of hazardous goods: €12.90 (delivery time 3-5 working days)
• Shipping only possible within Germany
• Not possible in combination with express or standard shipping.
• Shipping is carried out in accordance with ADR regulations (transport of dangerous goods).
• Products are labelled with CLP hazard pictograms.
• Safety data sheets will be provided if required.

Affected products: Liquid fertilizers, mineral fertilizers, certain plant protection products, pH regulators, and other chemical additives. All affected products are marked accordingly in our shop.

Note: The CLP labeling is for your safety. Please observe the safety instructions on the products and store hazardous materials securely and out of reach of children.

Cuttings - Direct shipping from Austria

Important: Cuttings are shipped directly to you from our partner supplier in Austria to guarantee maximum freshness and quality.

• Express plant shipping: €40 - €50 (delivery time 1-3 working days)
• Shipping is done in a climate-controlled environment and securely packaged.
• Direct shipping from the breeder in Austria
• Delivery only Mon-Thurs, so that plants are not in transit over the weekend.
• The tracking number will be automatically sent via email.
• Cuttings cannot be combined with other products (separate order required)

Note: Orders containing cuttings and other products will be shipped in two separate deliveries - the cuttings directly from Austria, the remaining items from us in Fritzlar.

Collection in Fritzlar

You can also pick up your order directly from our store in Fritzlar - free of charge and without waiting!

Important:

Hazardous substances requiring CLP labeling can be collected - please observe the safety instructions during handover.

Discreet packaging

All orders are packaged neutrally and discreetly. The contents of the package are not identifiable from the outside. However, shipments of hazardous materials must be labeled accordingly, as required by law.

• Germany: All product categories
• Austria & EU: Only selected products (no hazardous substances requiring CLP labeling). Contact us before ordering.
• Cuttings: Shipping to Germany and Austria possible

Shipment tracking

After shipment, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your shipment at any time. For orders of cuttings, you will receive the tracking number directly from our Austrian partner.

Important information on hazardous substances (CLP Regulation)

• All products requiring CLP labeling are marked with hazard pictograms in the shop.
• Safety data sheets (SDS) are available with the products and can be downloaded.
• All legal regulations are observed during shipping.
• Hazardous materials may only be delivered to persons over 18 years of age.
• Please store hazardous materials safely, in a cool place and out of reach of children.
• Observe the H and P statements (hazard and safety information) on the products.

General shipping information

• Orders placed before 2 pm will be processed the same day (including cuttings).
• Cuttings are shipped by the grower within 24 hours of receiving the order (Monday - Wednesday).
  
• Different delivery times may occur with mixed orders.
